How Can We Relieve Our Anxiety?

There are a lot of situations that make us anxious such as speaking in public, money problems, work, family etc. Those are usually self-limited and transitional. However, if the anxiety was persistent where the inflicted suffers from constant worrying that interferes with his/her daily life, sleep problems ,fatigue, and/or muscle tension that last more than 6 months then the patient most probably suffers from Generalized Anxiety Disorder GAD and treatment is the only way to relieve the symptoms.
